Kansas In Trouble

The NCAA is coming down hard on coach Bill Self and the Jayhawks for various recruiting violations, including “lack of institutional control.” The legendary basketball program could be banned from postseason tournament play and forfeit scholarships. The Jayhawks are charged with five Level I violations, the most serious under NCAA rules, as well as two Level II violations related to the school's football program under former coach David Beaty.
